4. Turn right onto Cermak Rd (22nd St) and drive west for approximately 1 mile.

5. 5820 W Cermak Rd will be on your right.

From the Western Suburbs (Oak Brook area):

1. Take I-290 E (Eisenhower Expressway) toward Chicago.

2. Take Exit 21A for Harlem Ave (IL-43) and turn right (south) onto Harlem Ave.

3. Drive south on Harlem Ave for about 2 miles.

4. Turn left onto Cermak Rd (22nd St) and head east for about 1.5 miles.

5. 5820 W Cermak Rd will be on your left.

From the South (Midway Airport):

1. Take Cicero Ave (IL-50) north toward Cicero.

2. Continue on Cicero Ave for approximately 6 miles.

3. Turn left onto Cermak Rd (22nd St).

4. Drive west for about 1 mile, and the destination will be on your right.

Public Transportation Options:

• CTA Pink Line: Take the Pink Line to Cicero Station, then walk south to Cermak Rd and head west for about 10 minutes.

• CTA Bus 21 (Cermak Rd): Stops near 5820 W Cermak Rd.

• CTA Bus 54 (Cicero Ave): Connects from the Blue or Pink Lines to Cermak Rd.
